The location of the hotel was excellent. Almost everything is one or two blocks away. The valet service was very good. The reception staff were amazing, specially Sharel and Minho (excuse the spelling🙏🏻). The room was HUGE!!! Well decorated and equipped. The bed was comfortable. Complementary bottles of water were provided. The fitness center was really good. The equipment were new and suitable for many types of exercises. Water bottles and towels are provided. Maybe some more additional equipment needs to be provided like a bar for the cable machine. The pool area was nice. And attracted huge crowds during the weekend.

Everything, the location is great. The rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely say it’s worth every penny!! We ate in the steak house on the first floor it was incredible! We also got to enjoy some drinks at the rooftop bar in the sun :) The staff up there was very pleasant and polite. People around the hotel were all friendly. Fitness centre was one of the best fitness centres we have ever been to in a hotel! Good equipment and space! Valet car service was very good, they were all Polite and so helpful! If I was ever to come back to Charlotte I would stay in this hotel again!

Every encounter with staff in all realms were great. Everyone we encountered were friendly and hospitable. The aesthetics of the room and bathroom were gorgeous. The breakfast and service in the executive lounge was top tier. The location was great in general and conveniently located near the stadium. My experience was so great, I literally searched where all JW Marriott properties were located. Of course, I’d stay at the JW Marriott Charlotte if I fly to Charlotte in the future.

The hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and very well decorated. Check in and restaurant staff was wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. The two restaurants are absolutely outstanding. We had dinner at Caroline’s and breakfast at Dean’s and both were some of the best in-hotel dining I’ve ever experienced. Staying at this property was well worth every penny and we will be back!

The staff was very helpful and was across from my venue I was there to attend. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Do like the motion detection light in the bathroom. Had a safe in the room which was not expected. Handheld wand in bathroom was very nice for those hard to reach areas.
